I am a partner in the law offices of Charmoy & Charmoy in Fairfield, Connecticut.  I graduated from Duke University in 1992 and from Washington University School of Law in 1995.  I specialize in creditor and debtor representation in business and consumer bankruptcy cases, commercial, business and civil litigation, small business entity organization, and estate and probate matters.  I am an active member of the Connecticut and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations.  I have lectured for the  Connecticut Bar Association’s Commercial Law and Bankruptcy section, as well as for the Association as a whole, on bankruptcy matters and I have written numerous articles for the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association newsletter.
